Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Your Beanybar subscription can be canceled monthly and adjusted at any time via the portal. Log in with your username and password and change or cancel your subscription in our portal.

How long does it take to receive my coffee?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Depending on the courier, it can take 1-3 days for you to receive our coffee. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Can I also return my coffee?
At Beanybar, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products fall under the category of "products," specific rules apply for returns:
- If the packaging of the roasted coffee beans is undamaged and sealed , you can return the product within 14 days of receipt .
- Unfortunately, once opened, packages cannot be returned.
Please note : Returns are at your own expense and we kindly ask you to return the product well packaged.
