How does a subscription work at Beanybar?

Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Your Beanybar subscription can be canceled monthly and adjusted at any time via the portal. Log in with your username and password and change or cancel your subscription in our portal.
How long does it take to receive my coffee?
At Beanybar, we make sure your favorite coffee arrives to you as quickly as possible. Here you'll find all the important shipping information:
- Orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The costs are clearly displayed during checkout, so you know exactly what to expect.
You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can track your package.
Can I return the coffee I received?
At Beanybar, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products fall under the food category, specific rules apply for returns:
If the packaging of the roasted coffee beans is undamaged and sealed , you can return the product within 14 days of receipt . Make sure the coffee is in its original condition.
- Once opened or damaged packaging cannot be returned for reasons of food safety and freshness.
Please note : Returns are at your own expense and we kindly ask you to return the product well packaged.
